The Coffee Cream with Ginseng it has been studied to offer a product that is easy to prepare without adding anything’other. In its mixture is used the best soluble coffee in order to obtain an outstanding finished product.

Dilution of the slush machine: 1 Envelope + 2 Lt of Milk yield: 4.5 litres

to obtain a product much more creamy it is advisable to replace the 2 Lt of whole milk, 1 Lt of milk + 1 Lt of cream and no sugar.

Please note that for all of the products prepared with the milk, the slush machine must always be left switched on at least in the mode of conservation (frigobibita), in order to avoid l’souring of the same.

In the product prepared with milk has a retention time in the slush machine less than a product prepared only with water. This is due to the natural deterioration of the milk, even if a long shelf life, once opened should be consumed within a maximum of 3-4 days
