Preparation for Pastry Cream in bag from 500 gr
it is a product instant suitable to prepare a great dessert in a simple and quick way. The Pastry cream is prepared "cold" and therefore it is not necessary to cook the product.
To prepare the pastry cream you have to dissolve the contents of 1 bag (500g) in 1 Lt of whole milk. Mix everything with care to avoid the formation of lumps, work the product with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes. Leave to cool completely in the refrigerator for a few minutes and use it at will for the preparation of sweets. Excellent if accompanied with strawberries, recommend with shavings of bitter dark chocolate. after preparation store in a refrigerator and consume in 3-4 days It may contain food additives
