The prepared for granita are semi-finished products in powder for slush machine ideal for bars, establishments and ice cream parlours
Dilution in the slush machine: an envelope of product 630 gr + 4 Lt of water and wait for about 30/40 minutes until the formation of ice crystals. the yield of the product once it is mounted in the slush machine is approx 5 Litres.
We recommend that you keep the exact doses of the preparation as an under-dilution can have adverse effects on the structure by preventing the ice to form properly. A possible over-dilution may cause significant damage to the slush machine, in fact we remind you that the sugar acts as an antifreeze.
