1) PACKING  

Workshops, Gastronomic ensures the utmost attention on the packaging to reduce damage in transport. 

2) TYPES OF DELIVERY

Each product offered on sale on the website www.officinegastronomiche.it it is distinguished with a statement regarding the delivery which can vary in the following ways:

Express delivery - All orders with all’products with “express delivery” are assigned to the carrier within 12 working hours from the confirmation of’order and delivered in 24/72 h work according to the destination.

Standard delivery All orders with all’products with “standard delivery” will be entrusted to the courier within 6 working days from the confirmation of’order and delivered in 24/72 h work according to the destination.

L’the buyer will not have to bear any additional cost of shipping to those expressly declared in point 4 of this section.

If l’buyer to put in an order for the products with “delivery standards” and products with “express delivery”, the times of delivery of the’the order will prevail to the mode of standard delivery.

 3) TIMES AND METHODS' DELIVERY

All shipping arrangements entrusted to the couriers have a commend of 24/48 h to l’Italy and a maximum of 72 h to l’abroad.

4) A CONTRIBUTION TO THE COSTS OF SHIPPING

Will be charged to the’buyer shipping costs, clearly displayed before the finalization dell'order. For each purchase order, l'buyer will pay repair shops for food, as a contribution to the costs of shipping, l'the amount shown in the shopping cart during order entry.

In the case of an incorrect address or absence of the’the purchaser in the place indicated during the registration, for re-delivery and for the cost of stock is subject to a Surcharge of: € 25,00.and The courier re-delivery following the payment of the supplement.

The contribution to the shipping is € 1,00 plus VAT

The contribution for shipping in Europe expressed in the table "shipping costs", based on the location of the destination. The transport costs for different countries from'Italy are excluded from any customs duties.

If goods are return to the sender for any reason, the postponement of the package, or any costs of storage, will be charged to the'the buyer, by payment in advance.

 5) SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

Workshops, Gastronomic takes on the'the burden to deliver all'the buyer, in the place indicated, by courier service or their own means of transport, the products selected and ordered. In the case of non-delivery of products from Workshops to Gastronomic to the carrier, l'buyer is only entitled to a full refund of the sums paid. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained herein shall form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, consider themselves fully known and accepted by the'the purchaser at the time of transmission of the form d'order and transaction of payment.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier service or their own means of transport from Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays. Officine Gastronomiche is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
The Customer service Workshops, Gastronomic will send all’the purchaser an email confirmation once shipped Products, which will include a link to reference for the tracking of the shipment.
In every case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products ordered will be entrusted to the courier, within a period of 6 (six) business days starting from the day following that on which the’the purchaser has transmitted to l'order to Workshops on dining and has received confirmation of payment, except that Workshops the Culinary does not communicate - within the same term - l'impossibility to deliver the ordered goods because of unexpected, even temporary, unavailability of Products. In the case of such communication, l'buyer shall have the option to choose one or more alternative products. In the event that the'buyer decides not to choose alternative Products or to cancel the'order, Workshops, Gastronomic will refund the sums already paid from'the buyer within the same time.

 6) COMMUNICATION DEFECTS – DAMAGE FROM TRANSPORT

At the time of delivery, l’the buyer is obliged to check the number of packages and check carefully l'the external appearance of packages; if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice or on the transport document; or in the case l'the packaging of the shipment for any signs of tampering, alteration, or deformation that could indicate that any damage or alteration of the content, l’the buyer must indicate on the document and sign it with the words: "subject TO inspection" so you can check the contents of the shipment and ensure the good condition of the goods. Once signed the document, the'the buyer may not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of delivered goods. L'the buyer is obliged to return (prior written authorization) products with defects or damaged at the warehouse Workshops at Culinary in via Giovanni Penta, 29 - 00157 Rome  within the term of 10 days, provided that prior to the expiration date of the product as given on the’labels, with l'wrap the original shipping and ensuring the maintenance of the cold chain the where necessary to ensure the maintenance of the product.
Officine Gastronomiche will replace the damaged products made from'buyer. In the case where, for any reason, Officine gastronomiche not be able to replace the product, can proceed at its own discretion to refund dell'the entire amount paid or replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
If l’buyer receive damaged merchandise, may not act in respect of Workshops, Gastronomic, but only against the carrier, pursuant to'article 1693, paragraph, of the Italian civil code.
